Charter Bus Trip To Symphony Hall In Phoenix

The Yavapai Symphony Association is offering a charter bus trip to Symphony Hall in Phoenix on SUNDAY, January 8, 2012 to attend a 2PM ALL GERSHWIN PERFORMANCE by The Phoenix Symphony. Michael Christie will be conducting and Gabriela Montero will be the pianist at this matinee. The program will consist of Rhapsody in Blue, An American in Paris, and Porgy & Bess Symphonic Pictures (click here for more program information). The charge of $60 will include round trip transportation by charter bus to Symphony Hall in Phoenix and Symphony Ticket. Reservations will be accepted through October 21, 2011. Annual Contributors’ Dinner – Sponsor Level and Above – SPRING 2012

The Annual Contributors’ Dinner for donors at the Sponsor Level and above is held each May. Michael Christie and members from Phoenix Symphony Orchestra management are guests at the dinner. Invitations with details regarding site, date, and time are sent to contributors in the spring.

Annual Meeting and Hail & Farewell Reception – JUNE 2012

The meeting is open to all members (season ticket holders). Election of officers and board members plus the close of business for the season are the purposes of the meeting.

A letter of invitation along with a slate of board candidates and officers is mailed out each spring.
