Annual Meeting and Hail & Farewell Reception – JUNE 17, 2012

The meeting is open to all members (season ticket holders). Election of officers and board members plus the close of business for the season are the purposes of the meeting. A letter of invitation along with a slate of board candidates and officers is mailed out several weeks prior to the meeting.

Annual Contributors’ Dinner – Sponsor Level and Above – MAY 19, 2013

The Annual Contributors’ Dinner for donors at the Sponsor Level and above is held the evening of the last season’s concert. Musicians from the Phoenix Symphony Orchestra as well as management are guests at the dinner. Invitations with details regarding site, date, and time are sent to contributors in the spring.
