2017 – 2018 Ticket Pricing

2017-2018 Season Tickets are available through September 15, 2017 from the Yavapai Symphony Association Office (928) 776-4255. Individual tickets for all concerts will be available for sale on or after August 1, 2017. The purchase of Season tickets represents a 20% savings over tickets purchased for individual concerts. This is like getting 1 concert free. Season tickets also mean you can continue to keep your same exact seats from year to year as well as allow you to return tickets back to the Association for a tax deduction for their re-sale.

Any remaining unsold concert tickets will be available for sale at the Yavapai College Performing Arts Center Box Office beginning at 1:30 pm and ending at 2:50 pm on the afternoon of each concert.

All seats are reserved – ADA (wheelchair and companion) seating is available in ROW H and ROW K.  Season and Single Tickets are Non-Refundable.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks, or Cash are accepted as payment.

The Yavapai College Performance Arts Center is located at Yavapai College in Prescott (as you enter through the campus’ main entrance, it is the large building to your left)

APS Ticket Gift Back Program

The Yavapai Symphony Association is launching a new program in our 2017-2018 Season.  With financial support from APS, we will be “gifting back” concert tickets to members of the Prescott-area community who otherwise would be unable to attend and enjoy the opportunity to hear live classical symphonic music.  If you know of a classical music lover who has not been able to attend, please call the YSA office at (982) 776-4255 to provide contact information for the individual.

Box Office Hours

The box office located in the lobby of the Yavapai College Performing Arts Center is only open the day of the concert at 1:30 pm and closes at 2:50 pm for same day ticket sales and for Will Call pickup. The purchase of tickets pre-concert day are done through the YSA Office (928) 776-4255.

Tickets can be purchased by cash, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Once single tickets have been purchased, they can be picked up at the office or at Will Call. Single tickets can also be mailed to your residence for a $1 service charge.

Turnback Tickets

Season ticket holders who are unable to attend a concert are encouraged to donate their tickets back to the Association for resale to the public. This ensures a full house and provides the community the opportunity to enjoy great music on a concert-by-concert basis.

Season ticket holders will be provided with a tax deductible receipt for this donation.

You must return your tickets to the YSA office prior to 1:00pm on the Friday before a concert – in person, via the U.S. Mail, email, or by phone – to receive a tax deductible receipt.
