All seats are reserved – ADA (wheelchair and companion) seating is available in ROW H and ROW K. Season and Single Tickets are Non-Refundable. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks, or Cash are accepted as payment.
The Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center is located at Yavapai College in Prescott (as you enter through the campus’ main entrance, it is the large building to your left)

College Student Tickets
Full-time college students (12 credits or more per semester) can purchase any available ticket for $10 per concert with the presentation of their college ID card (like the Yavapai College OneCard or Embry Riddle Student ID). All parties attending must present their college ID for verification of status .Student tickets are only available for purchase at the YSA Office or at the box office on concert day. No phone orders will be accepted.
Group Ticket Sales
Groups of 10 or more to a concert will receive $10 off all single tickets purchased for that concert. These seats must be reserved in advance of the concert by calling the YSA Office 928-776-4255.
VET TIX Ticket Program
YSA is a proud supporter of the VET TIX organization. YSA provides VET TIX a limited supply of tickets to our concerts. These tickets are complimentary to all VET TIX members (current and retired military personnel). For VET TIX membership and listing of specific concert ticket availability, go to www.vettix.org for more information. This program is supported by a 2023-2024 Season grant from APS.
YSA Box Office Hours
Tickets can only be purchased in person at the YSA office located at 228 N. Alarcon Street, Prescott (our office is inside the Mountain Artists Guild building) or by calling our office at 928-776-4255. The YSA office is open for business Monday through Thursday 9am to 2pm.
Tickets can also be purchased on the day/night of the concert at the concert venue lobby 90 minutes before the start of each event. Ticket sales will end 15 minutes before the start of the concert. Will Call ticket pickup is also done at the venue lobby. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS FROM OUR OFFICE (IN PERSON OR BY PHONE) PRIOR TO CONCERT DAY TO AVOID ANY DELAYS.

Tickets can be purchased by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). Once single tickets have been purchased, they can be picked up at the office or at Will Call. Single tickets can also be mailed to your residence for a $1 service charge.
Turn Back Tickets
Ticket holders who are unable to attend a concert are encouraged to donate their tickets back to the Association for resale to the public. This ensures a full house and provides the community the opportunity to enjoy great music on a concert-by-concert basis.
Ticket holders will be provided with a tax deductible receipt for this donation.
You must return your tickets to the YSA office 24 hours prior to the concert to obtain this tax deduction. This allows us time to resell your seats to other patrons. You will receive a tax deductible receipt for the the face value of your donated seats. YSA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
Accessibility
The Yavapai Symphony Association and the Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center (formerly know as YCPAC) are committed to making its performances and facilities accessible to all our patrons. If you need to purchase accessibility seating, please call our office at 928-776-4255 for information.
Assistive Listening Devices – Infrared assistive listening devices are available at all performances. Headsets are free of charge and subject to availability. Patrons attending performances may obtain Assistive Listening Devices in the lobby by contacting the House Manager.
Parking – Parking spaces are available at YCPAC for vehicles displaying valid DMV handicapped parking stickers or license plates on a first come basis.
Accessible Entrances – An elevator is available to access the upper level of the Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center building. All entrances to YCPAC are accessible.
Accessible Seating – Wheelchair accessible locations with companion seating and aisle transfer seats are available level on the main floor of the auditorium. Please contact our office (928) 776-4255 of any special requirements when purchasing your tickets.
Accessible Restrooms – Wheelchair accessible restrooms are available on both the upper and lower levels of the theater. Infant changing stations area available in both the Men’s and Women’s restrooms.
The Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center strictly prohibit the following items at our events. This policy is strictly enforced for all events at the center.
SECURITY RULES AND PROCEDURES
SCREENING AND CLEAR BAGS
As of July 1, 2024, guests of the Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center are subject to the inspection of their person, parcels, bags, containers, and clothing capable of carrying prohibited items. Patrons will pass through a security screening of either walking by a metal detector and/or being security wanded. Items that are subject to inspection include jackets, coats, and bags. To expedite this process, all purses and other bags must be CLEAR and no larger than 18” w X 13” h X 4.5″ d. Patrons and guests refusing to abide by the security protocols will be denied entry.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are prohibited inside the Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center and are cause for removal:
· Weapons of any kind, shape or size. This includes (but is not limited to) firearms, including those carried with a permit; knives; pocket knives; tasers; personal protectant spray (including mace or pepper spray).
· Any non-clear bag or purse, or any clear bag or purse larger than 18” w X 13” h X 4.5″ d.
· Outside food. Please note that at most events, the YavaJava concessions stand is open for purchases.
· Beverages and beverage containers. Empty, reuseable (plastic or metal) Yeti-style water bottles that are 32 fl. oz. or smaller are allowed. Single-use water bottles, either empty or full, are not allowed. Please note the venue has accessible public water fountains on both the main and balcony floors.
· Animals and/or pets, with exception of certified service dogs.
· Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and vaping products.
· Balloons (both helium and air filled) and loud noise makers.
· Wrapped presents and packages. Item will need to be unwrapped for inspection.
· Any other miscellaneous item(s) deemed inappropriate, dangerous, hazardous, or illegal by the Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center Administrative Staff and/or Yavapai College Campus Police. Patrons may return their prohibited item to their vehicle.
